With a dedicated team of 27 production experts and 11 marketing professionals, we take pride in crafting our unique designs in-house at our state-of-the-art factory.

1. Meet With Us!
We are delighted to connect with our customers at prestigious international fairs such as Vicenza Oro and Oro Arezzo. These events provide a unique opportunity for us to showcase our latest collections and stay connected with global trends.
When you visit our stand, you’ll be greeted by our team of professionals who are fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian at a native level. Their expertise ensures that all your questions are answered and your needs are met with precision. Whether you are exploring our newest designs or seeking bespoke solutions, our team is here to provide an engaging and personalized experience.

if you are unable to meet us at these fairs, don’t worry. Our marketing teams regularly visit our customers at their locations to share our latest collections. During these visits, we ensure that you have access to our most recent designs and trends. Additionally, your dedicated marketing representative will be available to you 24/7, ensuring seamless communication and support.
2. Get a Quotation
During our visit, you can choose from the models we present to you. Our experienced professionals carefully document your selections. Within 48 hours, we will provide you with a detailed quotation file, including the images, weight, gold cost (calculated based on current gold prices), labor cost, and total cost of your selected items.
3. Place an Order
When our professionals share the quotation file based on your selections, you will have the opportunity to review it thoroughly. If there are any adjustments you’d like to make—such as quantity, size, stone, or metal color—you can let us know, and we will update the file accordingly.
We will then share the revised quotation file reflecting your final changes. Once everything is clear and meets your expectations, you can confirm your order and share your company’s stamp details with us. Upon receiving your order confirmation, our professionals will promptly provide you with an estimated delivery date.(usually it is 4-5 weeks maximum)
4. Delivery
Once your confirmed order is ready, the products undergo a thorough quality control and packaging process at our factory. After these steps are completed, our professionals will contact you to inform you that your order is ready and share the total weight of the products.
At this stage, you can specify your preference for gold fixing—either London A.M. or London P.M. Following this, our professionals will immediately share the final invoice with you.
We ensure the secure delivery of your products to your specified location, either via door-to-door service or airport delivery. For this process, we collaborate with trusted logistics partners such as BRINKS, MALCA AMIT, FEDEX, UPS, and LOOMIS.
The insurance and freight costs are determined based on your location and the invoice value of your order. These costs will be added to your final invoice, ensuring a seamless and transparent delivery process.
