Holiday Extended Return Policy

Orders placed from Nov 1st, 2022, until Dec 15th, 2022 (“Offer Period”) are eligible for return within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed after the Offer Period are eligible for Limosa 30-day return policy.

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products

  • Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment

  • Gift cards

Online Purchase

For purchases made on limosajewellery.com, you can return your purchases online and in-store.

In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchase

These orders can be returned in-store only. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. If you are unable to visit a retail location, please email info@limosajewellery.com

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

* Please note that online purchase does not include Buy Online Pickup In-Store purchase.

Returning your own purchase

If you have an account

  1. Log into your limosajewellery account and select “My Orders”

  2. Find your order and click “Return Items”

  3. Follow the instructions to download the return shipping label and drop off/schedule a pickup!

If you do not have an account

  1. No worries, you can create one now and follow the above steps, OR

  2. Based on where the order was originally shipped to, you can click one of the following and initiate a return!

Returning a gifted piece

We offer store credit for gifted orders returning within the 30-days. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at info@limosajewellery.com requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

  1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)

  2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from

  3. The email address associated with your limosajewellery account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the SIGN IN button on the top right corner of our site.

Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Mejuri cannot reship or store non-Mejuri items mistakenly sent as returns.
