However, for modifications that require creating a new mold for the design, please consult with our specialists for approval.
2- Are the alloys used in your products free from materials that could be harmful to human health?
We do not use any harmful alloys in our production. Our products are completely free from materials such as Nickel, Cadmium, and Lead, which are known to be harmful and carcinogenic.
3- Where do you source the gold used in your production?
In line with our corporate ethics and responsibility principles, our company exclusively uses recycled gold and gold sourced from refineries that comply with environmental and human rights regulations established by international authorities.
4. Can I make any changes to my order after it has been confirmed?
4-A Unfortunately, once you have reviewed and confirmed your order with our company, production begins immediately. As a result, it is no longer possible to make any changes to your order.
5. Can I change my gold fixing instructions after being informed that my order is ready?
Unfortunately, once you share your preference for gold fixing (either London A.M. or London P.M.), our company secures the gold on your behalf at that price. Therefore, the gold price you have fixed is binding and cannot be changed, regardless of fluctuations in the current gold market price.
6- Why don’t you showcase your catalog and products on your website?
We dedicate significant effort to the conceptualization, research, and design processes of the products in our collection. As one of the most frequently copied manufacturers in the world, we prioritize protecting our designs by not displaying them on our website. However, we are always happy to share our digital catalogs with customers who reach out to us directly.
7- How many days will it take for the products to arrive at my address after they are shipped?
Once we ship the products through your chosen logistics partner, the shipment typically arrives at your country’s customs within a maximum of 3 days (in some cases, 4-5 days depending on your location). After you complete the customs clearance process, the products will be delivered to your address within 1-2 business days.
8- What steps should I follow if I want to place a repeat order?
When we deliver the products to you, the packaging list and the product packages themselves include the product codes. You can use these codes to contact your sales representative at any time to place a new repeat order.
